EVENT ADVANTAGE BUFFET OPTION

Our slowly roasted, savory rotisserie chicken and fall-of-the-bone baby back pork ribs which are slow cooked in our very own brine recipe, then brushed with BBQ sauce. Served with roasted red mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, a tossed salad with dressing and dinner rolls with butter.
