All steaks are U.S.D.A. Aged Black Angus Choice Beef cut fresh daily by our in-house butcher.

We start with lightly seasoned U.S.D.A. Grade A chickens. Then slowly roasted in our rotisserie oven and finished over our wood-fired grill.
