Tossed salad, tomatoes, onions, croutons, peppers, cucumbers, carrots, mushrooms, eggs, bread sticks, and assortment of dressings.

Pasta Bar
A variety of the chef’s pastas, fresh garden vegetables, marinara sauce, alfredo sauce, extra virgin olive oil and fresh garlic.  Served with warm breadsticks.

Mexican Buffet
Chicken and steak fajitas, flour and corn tortillas, refried beans, ground beef, tortilla chips, salsa, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, and fresh garden vegetables.

Pizza and Salad Buffet
An assortment of our famous pizzas, along with our fresh salad and breadsticks with marinara sauce for dipping.

Deli Buffet (Available before 4 pm only)
Oven roasted shaved turkey and pineapple honey glazed baked ham, fresh vegetable and relish tray (lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle), an assortment of Wisconsin cheeses, chilled deli pasta salad, assortment of breads and rolls, condiments, potato chips, and coffee
