All lunch entrees to include a choice of one side, one vegetable, side salad with two dressings and fresh baked bread and butter.

 

BEEF SELECTIONS

Filet Mignon
The most tender of all cuts grilled to your liking.

New York Strip
Seasoned and grilled to perfection.

Tender Sliced Roast Beef
Sliced thin and served with a merlot mushroom demi.

 

PORK ENTREES

BBQ Ribs
Half rack hickory smoked ribs served with our homemade BBQ sauce.

Stuffed Pork Chop
A juicy boneless porkloin stuffed with a savory sage dressing and baked to tenderness.

Hunter Style Pork Tenderloin
Two medallions sautéed and served with a bacon, mushroom and tomato wine sauce.


SEAFOOD ENTREES

Farm Raised Tilapia
Baked until tender and moist. Served with a cilantro and pineapple sauce.

Grilled Salmon
Wood grilled salmon topped with a light lemon butter sauce.

Fish Fry
Our flaky battered fish fried to perfection.

Rotisserie Chicken
Half of our famous rotisserie chicken served on a bed of wild rice.

Chicken Sarafina
Boneless chicken breast, egg battered and sautéed. Topped with Italian seasoning then finished with a rich cream sauce and served over angel hair pasta. 

Wood Grilled Chicken Breast
Tender skinless chicken breast grilled over our open flame wood grill.

Roasted Turkey
Traditional roasted turkey breast roasted to perfection, placed on a bed of sage dressing and covered with homemade gravy.

This is complete with Italian sausage, sweet tomato sauce, fresh cheese and pasta.
