BEEF SELECTIONS
All steaks served with a Button Mushroom Au Jus.

Filet Mignon
The most tender of all cuts grilled to your liking.

New York Strip
Seasoned and grilled to perfection.

King Sirloin
Thick cut, grilled to your satisfaction.

Roasted Prime Rib
Slow cooked and sliced to perfection.

Tender Sliced Roast Beef
Sliced thin and served with a merlot mushroom demi.

 


POULTRY SELECTIONS

Rotisserie Chicken
Half of our famous rotisserie chicken served on a bed of wild rice.

Grilled Chicken Breast
Wood cooked chicken grilled until tender. Served with a bistro herb sauce.

Chicken Sarafina
Boneless chicken breast, egg battered and sautéed. Topped with Italian seasoning then finished with a rich cream sauce and served over angel hair pasta. 

Roasted Turkey
Traditional roasted turkey breast roasted to perfection, placed on a bed of sage dressing and covered with homemade gravy.

Stuffed Chicken Breast
Your choice of stuffing: ham and cheese, wild rice or sage dressing

Farm Raised Tilapia
Baked until tender and moist. Served with a cilantro and pineapple sauce.

Grilled Salmon
Wood grilled salmon topped with a light lemon butter sauce.

Shrimp Skewers
Tender succulent shrimp grilled and brushed with garlic butter.


PORK ENTREES

BBQ Ribs
Hickory smoked ribs served with our homemade BBQ sauce.  Available in half rack and full rack

Stuffed Pork Chop
A sage dressing placed between a boneless porkloin and baked to tenderness.

Grilled Pork Chop
A boneless pork chop grilled in our wood grills. Served with a sweet applesauce.

Hunter Style Pork Tenderloin
Two medallions sauteed and served with a bacon, mushroom and tomato wine sauce.


VEGETABLE AND PASTA ENTREES

Vegetable Lasagna
Tender vegetables nestled around sweet tomato sauce and wrapped with fresh cheese and pasta.

Lasagna
This is complete with Italian sausage, sweet tomato sauce, fresh cheese and pasta.

Vegetable Stir Fry
Garden vegetables tossed with a garlic and sesame sauce.  Served on a bed of rice pilaf.

Pasta Alfredo
Tender pasta tossed with mushrooms, fresh spinach and tomatoes and topped with a rich cheese sauce.
